Establishing Lifekeys in Your Community
Lifekeys is an encounter with truth followed by small group support, processing, and accountability. The success of Lifekeys depends on the quality of small group leaders who require training and supervision. It is important to have clear protocols, structure, and a supervised environment when working with hurting people. The facilitators play a crucial role, and recruiting and assessing their readiness is essential. Running the Small Group Leader & Facilitator Training program thoroughly is necessary for success. Before opening the ministry to the wider church or community, trainee facilitators should experience a Lifekeys program themselves, such as Search for Life. The Small Group Leader & Facilitator Training Program provides all the necessary information to establish Lifekeys effectively.

Truth, Small Groups, and Transformative Experiences
The core of Lifekeys is an encounter with truth followed by a small group experience, emphasising Support, Processing, and Accountability. The structure and operation of these small groups are crucial, requiring specific protocols to ensure safety and effectiveness. This necessitates comprehensive training for facilitators.
Key Components of Lifekeys
-
Truth Encounter: We provide teaching input through pre-recorded video presentations, forming the foundation of the Lifekeys experience.
-
Small Group Dynamics: The success of Lifekeys largely depends on the quality of Small Group leaders, who ensure participants' safety and engagement with the truths presented. These leaders are known as Facilitators.
Training and Supervision: The key to having quality facilitators lies in thorough training and ongoing supervision. Avoiding shortcuts and ensuring proper preparation are essential, especially when non-professionals work with vulnerable individuals. A detailed explanation of this approach can be found in our video featuring Dr. Allan Meyer, highlighting the importance of training for small group leaders.
Since 1992, our Facilitator Training Course has been refined and improved, resulting in widespread adoption in numerous churches and nations. Our training and programs are available in multiple languages, catering to a diverse global audience.
Implementation Steps for Lifekeys
Step One - Recruiting for Training: Start with an Information Evening to share the vision and potential for church health and evangelism. Use videos to explain the concept and encourage sign-ups for the training.
Step Two - Conducting Training: Obtain a registered copy of the Lifekeys Small Group Leader & Facilitator Training program and Participant Manual for each trainee. The materials, including video sessions, are comprehensive and self-explanatory.
Step Three - SEARCH FOR LIFE Program: Trainee Facilitators should experience a Lifekeys program themselves, preferably SEARCH FOR LIFE, which is foundational and less challenging for new facilitators.
Launching Your Ministry: After completing these steps, including personal growth and skill development for trainees, you'll be ready to launch Lifekeys in your church and community.
Support and Community Impact: Our staff is available to assist you in establishing Lifekeys, guiding you through each step. Join us in this journey of transforming lives and communities through the healing power of community and the gospel.
